Objective of the Game

■ The goal of Connect 4 is to be the first player to get four of your colored discs in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. The first player to do so wins the game.

How to Play

1. Choosing a Column:
On your turn, click or tap on one of the columns. A disc will automatically fall to the lowest available position in that column.

2. Turns:
■ Players take turns placing their colored discs on the grid.
■ The first player uses a color (for example, red), and the second player uses another color (for example, blue).

3. Winning the Game:
■ The first player to connect four discs in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) wins the game. ■ The game will automatically detect a winning move and declare the winner.

4. Draw:
■ If all the spaces on the grid are filled and no player has connected four discs in a row, the game ends in a draw.

Basic Rules

■ You cannot place a disc in a column if that column is already full (i.e., all the rows in that column are occupied).
■ After a player drops a disc, it is the next player's turn.

Strategy Tips

■ Try to block your opponents potential four-in-a-row by placing a disc in a column where they may be about to win.
■ Look for opportunities to create multiple ways to win at once (called a "double threat") to make it difficult for your opponent to block all possibilities of your winning.
